First time customer and I can tell you that you should not take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE.

Brought my vehicle in because of a rattling noise that I could hear on uneven pavement or rough roads; front driver’s side around tire area. Mr. Ford drove it and explained that it wasn’t what he thought it could have been. He did say that it would be a couple of weeks until they had an appointment available. So, I booked the appointment and my car was immediately taken into the service area. Very soon after I was told that my brake pad retainer clips were put on incorrectly and caused it to rattle. He asked me where I had the brake pads installed and I told him where. He asked me to bring it back for future servicing and I told him that MIKE FORD would be the only auto repair that I will be using in the future. 110% satisfied with the honesty, attitude and attention that I received! Thank you Mr. Ford and your service team.

Have had to use Mike Ford several times for emergency repairs on my Jeep, and each time, they were Abel to fit me and get the job done quickly and for a good price.

Great experience! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, including the front desk lady. She has a big job, but keeps everything running smoothly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. They make you feel as if you've known them forever. Reasonable, competitive prices. The price was exactly what I was quoted, but i was surprised to find out they check everything during an oil change, which is included in the price. They actually have a big checklist they fill out that tells you the status of everything on your car. They are certified to work on all kinds of cars, so i don't have to go to Atlanta anymore! I am so impressed and won over! LOVE this place!
